Every buyer gets a confirmation with their e-ticket PDF, and scheduled reminder emails carry it again before the event. At the door, volunteers scan QR codes from any phone, search by name when a code won’t scan, and add walk-ins on the spot.

Where does the ticket money go?
Straight into your organisation’s own Stripe account when each order is paid. You can see every order, refund and payout in your dashboard.
Can we sell whole tables as well as individual tickets?
Yes. Sell table packages, and let the person who bought the table invite their guests to claim individual seats and add their own details.
Can we offer early-bird pricing?
Yes. Add price tiers to any ticket type by date or quantity, and the price moves to the next tier automatically when the early-bird period ends.
How does check-in work on the night?
Volunteers open the scanner on their own phones and scan each guest’s QR code. If a code won’t scan they can search by name, and walk-ins can be added at the door.
Can buyers add a donation when they purchase?
Yes. An optional donation step can appear at checkout, with your own line about what the extra gift funds, and it is recorded as a donation alongside the ticket.
